Week 9 - with a few changes











Although I do say so myself, I really think I deserved today's rest day after running 17 miles followed by quite a hilly and fast (for me) 10K.  Because the running club do hill sessions on a Thursday, I'm going to do Tuesdays run then and instead do Thursdays run on Tuesday.  I've registered for the Milton Keynes Half Marathon on Sunday so am doing that in place of the 17 mile run (which I did last week).  


With any luck next week the runs should be back on course :)
