2 runs this weekend! Saturday's run was an easy 3 miler, just as well, as I've been absolutely shattered after my latest two shifts at work.
Todays run was better, the earlyish night must have helped and managed 7 miles. A friend Ian (aka Dennis ran with me) so it was nice to have company. We started running along the River Trent and followed that until we picked up the Nottingham & Beeston Canal, it's one of the nicer routes to run here in Nottingham. It's probably been a couple of months since I've run this far, and have been finding even the smaller runs quite difficult, so with 5 runs under my belt this week, I'm hoping that I'm soon going to be feeling a little more comfortable
