Sounds a little rude, but is actually Swedish for Speedplay. It's a bit like the quick interval sessions but you choose how fast and how far you go as you go along, so I did a general mix of different distances and speeds on the flat and up and down hills. Quite a good run as they go but I noticed the chill in the air that'd been forecast.
