3 Feb - Steady 5 miles
After a good day at York University (it looks like Sarah's got another offer - Yayyyy!!!! :D ) by the time we got home , my stomach was churning and I was absolutely shattered (late night on Wednesday watching Snow Patrol at the Arena) so really didn't feel like a training run let alone, a hill session with the club. Instead I put it off till today, and although it was freezing cold, the sun came out and I had a really pleasant run.
